Each Commission shall be responsible for developing, promoting, and overseeing activities within its designated area of responsibility, in accordance with the ASJF Statutes, regulations, and decisions of the ASJF Congress and the ASJF Executive Committee.<br \/>The Commissions shall provide recommendations, technical expertise, and reports to the ASJF Executive Committee and the ASJF Congress. They shall not have independent decision-making authority beyond the powers delegated to them by the ASJF Congress or the ASJF Executive
