ASJF Congress
The ASJF Congress is the highest and sole governing authority of the ASJF. It is the only body empowered to make decisions concerning the future, governance, statutes, policies, programs, and all official activities of the ASJF. All major decisions affecting the Federation shall be subject to the authority and approval of the ASJF Congress.
ASJF Executive Committee
The ASJF Executive Committee is the executive and administrative body of the ASJF. It is responsible for implementing the decisions and policies adopted by the ASJF Congress, managing the day-to-day affairs of the Federation, overseeing ASJF programs and activities, and ensuring compliance with the Statutes, regulations, and resolutions of the ASJF Congress.
ASJF Bureau
The ASJF Bureau is the executive leadership body of the ASJF, acting on behalf of the ASJF Executive Committee between its meetings. The Bureau shall oversee the day-to-day management of the Federation, ensure the implementation of the decisions of the ASJF Congress and the ASJF Executive Committee, and address urgent matters that require immediate action.
