ASJF’s Annual Reports and Publications section is the institutional record of the Federation’s activities, programmes, governance and professional-development work. It is intended to strengthen transparency, institutional memory and accountability to members, partners and the public.
Annual reports
Annual reports may summarize the Federation’s major activities during the reporting year, including workshops, events, membership services, journalist-support initiatives, international representation, partnerships and organizational development.
Governance and institutional information
Where appropriate for publication, reports may include information on Congress decisions, leadership and commission activities, membership development, policy implementation and progress against institutional priorities.
Programme and project reporting
ASJF publications may document the objectives, activities, participation and outcomes of education, capacity-building, safety, media-development and international cooperation projects.
Financial transparency
Approved financial summaries may be published where appropriate and consistent with ASJF governance requirements, donor obligations, confidentiality duties and applicable law. Public summaries should distinguish verified financial information from provisional or unaudited figures.
Research, guidance and professional publications
This section may also host ASJF research, policy guidance, training materials, professional standards and thematic publications relevant to sports journalism and media development.
Publication standards
Documents should identify their reporting period or publication date and, where relevant, their version. Corrections or updated editions should be clearly identified so readers can distinguish current material from archived versions.
Archive development
ASJF is developing this resource area as a structured archive. Reports and publications will be added as documents are finalized and approved for public release.
